Postural Dynamic Auto Reeducation (PDAR)
Retrain your body's natural alignment through Postural Dynamic Auto Reeducation (PDAR). Using simple movements and tools, develop greater body awareness and improved posture. Benefits include better joint alignment, stronger core muscles, enhanced spinal awareness, and reduced tension.
Required: 1-inch non-elastic strap (like a belt), two 3.5" balls (OPTP 9cm Reflex Massage Balls recommended), foam roller
Skill Level: All levels welcome, great for dancers, athletes, and non-athletes
