Postural Dynamic Auto Re-Education® (PDAR)
As the foundation of BodyCode System's methodology, PDAR will enable you to evaluate and correct complex motor patterns resulting in enhanced capability of your client's mobility and well-being
Master Stretch®
Dynamic stretching with BodyCode System's Master Stretch® device results in improve balance, posture, flexibility and coordination for you and your students.
Elvis the BodyKey®
Elvis “The BodyKey” ® involves the entire musculoskeletal system, improving strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, rhythm, balance and proprioception

Master Stretch® with Bungietone®
Requires Master Stretch Certification in Levels 1-3
Sculptor®
Requires Level 1 certification in either PDAR or Master Stretch®
Body Geometrix®
Requires Level 1 certification in both PDAR and Master Stretch®
3 Levels of Certification
Level One

Focuses on foundational training and deep personal practice.

Level 1 is required before moving to higher levels.
Advanced Levels

Levels 2 & 3 build upon Level 1 and explore more complex applications and conditions.
General Information

All courses are available In-Person and Live Online

In-Person attendance is strongly recommended for Level1, especially for PDAR certification as it involves hands-on assessment and guidance from a Master Trainer

Maintaining Certification: All certified instructors must complete annual updates in order to maintain their official BodyCode System license
